PHIL is printing now, takes over 12 hours total. Well, almost 13 hours.
The one I made smaller sucks, at least printed with PETG.
The Z offset might be a little close, or I need to change layer height. Or the bed temp is too high, it’s somewhat hard to get stuff off of it.
All printable, so no bearings needed. The one I made smaller, can’t use bearings, they won’t fit, and only one of the printed beings I generated fit. Might have printed incorrectly.
PHIL is way better anyways, just a spool holder. That’s all my dry boxes need, is a better spool holder. I just use parts from various different dry boxes. But since nobody seems to be using the cereal boxes I have, there’s no spool holder that fits without modifying, unless PHIL does.
Oh and 3D scanners are a massive PITA. Tried scanning something smaller, no real luck. My turntable might be too big for it, so if I put it in the center, it’ll say too far. Might need a different tripod too.
Too lazy to print a turntable, the small one I downloaded a long time ago, for using photogeomentry, takes over a day to print.
I should just try scanning with videos again, as it’s way easier. I should send the scanner back, but I’m lazy. It can work, if you know what you are doing.
Foot spray isn’t very good to use, pain to remove and flammable. I won’t be using that dry box hooked up to printer, just for storage.
